Matthew’s Custom Calls Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States via US Postal Service. Once your order is processed, which usually takes 1 day, then your order is packed ready for shipping the next day. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days, some orders will arrive sooner and some orders will take the 5 business days to arrive. Thank you!
Refund Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality, sound or finish of our products, you can return your item for a prompt refund or exchange, within 14 days after the purchase date. We will provide you with a USPS label free of charge to return your item.
